A Bit About Me

I am from Brazil, Sao Paulo, and I am currently a Ph.D. fellow at the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). I work under the supervision of Prof. Michael Mol and Prof. Grazia Santangelo. My current research agenda focuses on social issues in management and global strategy, with a particular emphasis on multinational enterprises (MNEs), emerging markets, and inequalities. My dissertation examines the influence of organizations on social inequalities through three studies interconnected by understanding firms as potential agents of social change in both global and local contexts. Besides work, I like to cook (I do it fairly well), travel, and watch movies/series. I am a big fan of my nephew and nice and love to spend time with them.
